Look through the Equipment gallery and build your list. Then send it our way — the "Rent Now" button is fastest, or email rentals@twelvespies.com. Include your pickup and drop-off dates.
We'll respond with a quote for your gear and dates. A quote isn't a reservation yet.
Three things lock in a booking:
Once everything's signed, you're set. We aim for pickups after 2pm and drop-offs before 12pm, but let us know if you need something outside that window — usually workable depending on availability.

All rented equipment must be covered by insurance — full replacement value of the gear, plus general liability.

We rent camera, lens, lighting, grip, audio and monitoring packages to filmmakers and photographers across Los Angeles. Everything on this site is gear we own or look after ourselves — you're not booking against a listing that turns out to be someone else's kit two cities away.
Renting should be the easy part of a shoot. You tell us what you're shooting and when, we tell you what it costs and whether it's free. No account required, no membership, no waiting on a callback to find out a price.

Every item lists its day rate. Build a quote yourself and see the total before you talk to anyone.
If it's on the shelf and your paperwork is in order, you can book today and shoot today.
A COI is required, but if you don't have a policy our partner Athos can cover a single production or a whole year.
Pickup and drop-off days are free. A weekend counts as one day, a week as three, a month as ten.
Owner-operated, maintained in-house, and checked between every rental.
Complete built-out packages with media, batteries and monitoring — plus anamorphic, vintage and probe glass you won't find everywhere.
LED fixtures, tubes, panels and modifiers, with the stands, sandbags and apple boxes to actually rig them.
Director's monitors, wireless video, 1st AC kits, recorders, lavs and comms for the whole crew.
We consign. You keep half of what it earns, we handle the rest.
Your gear gets listed here and on ShareGrid, stays covered by our insurance while it's out, and you're paid on the 1st of every month for whatever rented. No listing fee, and no chasing renters yourself.
